We thought you would like to know about our new venture called The Growth Circle.
As a business owner we are sure you share our frustration with the level of support available to growing businesses. There is a lot of it around, but we have found that much of it is either organisations that signpost but do little to really help, or training by 'trained trainers' who spout textbook speak or cannot support the training with appropriate experience.
In response to this we have started our own support initiative, terming it 'training by doers not talkers' - it is characterised by:
- Practical training from experienced professionals, who do what they train on for a living
- Who bring maturity and sense to what they do
- Who are fun, engaging and real
We think of it as building your kitbag of practical skills - the things that can make a massive difference to your business quickly.
Our business ninjas cover most of the key marketing areas a young business needs to address:
- How to network
- What their brand is and what it means
- How to work with copywriters and SEO
- Social Media
- Collaboration
- Building testimonial and referral systems
- How to talk to customers and potential customers
- Which technology is really relevant to them
- How to build a sales pipeline.
We do this through Media summits and 12 month learning programmes and will be rolling this out throughout the UK soon. The next summits are:
